Job DescriptionThe Product Area Lead Lending/Leasing, directly reporting to the Tribe Lead Lending and 1st Line Risk, within the namesake Tribe, oversees the development and lifecycle of Lending/Leasing products and has responsibilities over further product development, leveraging on business acumen.This role is crucial for ensuring that Lending/Leasing products meet customer needs and stand out in the marketplace.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Vision: Define the product vision and strategy to align with company goals and customer needsProduct Development: Manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure timely stakeholder feedback.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other local and global Tribes as well as with other departments (Risk, TECH, Communications&Brand;, Operations) to ensure cohesive product development.Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance product success.CompetenciesDegree preferably in economicsMinimum of 7 years of work experienceExperience in lending and/or leasing products, commercially and delivery perspectiveConcrete ability to achieve results, working in a cross-functional environmentAbility to manage complex projectsKnowledge of Office toolsAnalytical skills and experience in monitoring performanceFluent EnglishSoft SkillsStrategic Thinking: Ability to create and execute a strategic vision for the product.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple aspects of product development.Communication: Excellent communication skills to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the team.About INGING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
