Responsibilities
 * Ensure availability and efficiency of plant facilities and machinery, planning and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
 * Coordinate and supervise specialized maintenance personnel (mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, civil).
 * Develop and manage maintenance schedules, spare part availability, and technical documentation.
 * Execute root cause analysis, advanced troubleshooting, and corrective actions to prevent equipment failures.
 * Lead new equipment installation, support startup, and manage process changes through controlled experimentation.
Qualifications
 * University degree – Engineering (preferred).
 * Six Sigma green or black belt (preferred) with high proficiency in MS Office and CAD.
 * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as Maintenance Coordinator.
 * Analytical problem solving, accountability, leadership, stress tolerance, and active interaction with cross‑functional teams.
Local role, no smart working.
