**PARAGON 700 BOUTIQUE HOTEL & SPA is happy to announce an opening for a Front & BACK office agent and shift leader position.** You will be responsible for the operations, strategies and development of our Front & Back office department and reception, ensuring the highest standards of service. **Main duties & responsibilities**: - Responsible for Front Office effective management and Guest service delivery. He will be the role model of Paragon 700 service style: great attention to customization of Guest service and interaction and exquisite knowledge of the location.
- Responsible for leading the department in order to reach financial, quality and people objectives. Assure that all finance and department procedures are followed.
- Promotion to the higher position if you work effort is efficient enough and capable of leading a team. Together with the Sales & Marketing team: - Responsible for occupancy and room revenue. Assisting with the development of profit improvement ideas.
- Assisting with inputs for budgeting and forecasting.
- Proactive in suggesting ideas to improve guest service and hotel profit.
- Be a role model for team development and produce evidence of professional growth of team members
- Dealing with customers, including handling complaints
- Assist with the luggage and car parking if necessary
- Have effective communication skills, communicate clearly and in a appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally) **especially in English for our overseas clientele (90 %)** **Requirements**:
Experience required: - Knowledge of Hotel Management software of **Direct Holiday PMS and SimpleBooking systems** is an advantage
- Knowledge of Sales strategies and marketing policies;
- Knowledge of **OTA** and Channel Manager
- Fluent in ENGLISH and Italian ( C1 written and C1 verbal). A third language is an advantage;
We can help to find accommodation (circa €350 al mese) Contract: Tempo pieno - Duration: 10 months minimum Starting date: Mid September but open to be discussed. Shifts: - flexible **Experience**: - Professional experience in a 5* Boutique Hotel minimum 3 years in the same position (mandatory) Languages: - English (mandatory) All CVs must be sent with **picture** andincluding authorization to process personal data in accordance with EU Regulation No. 2016/679 - GDPR and will be used exclusively for the current selection.
