We are currently looking for a: PR and Event Intern
Job Description
What would you learn:
PR Support Activities:
• Support in management of Ambassadors and Friends of the Brand
• Analysis and scouting of Talents/Celebrities
• Relations with influencers
• Support in dealing with local Markets to implement local events
• Follow-up on post-event reports
Operational Communication Support:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated and effective brand output
• Stock management and showroom management
• Coordination of deliveries and tracking of internal stock for shooting and talents
• Social media projects support
• Divisional budget support
Tracking, Monitoring & Reporting:
• Daily media monitoring and reporting
• Performances and ROI analysis
• Competitors projects analysis
• Enhance the brand’s online reputation and visibility
Event Organization Support:
• Support in the organization and development of events and press presentations
• Coordinate logistics and materials
• Assist with guest management
The candidate will also support the Global Communication Manager on the development of the Communication strategy.
How can you contribute:
• Graduate level required with a degree preferably in PR/Communication or related fields
• Professional experience gained in the role, preferably within high-end jewelry/accessories Brands (internship experience considered)
• Passionate about jewelry and fashion
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; proactive, positive and open-minded working attitude
• Team player with great communicational skills
• Excellent spoken and written English and Italian; knowledge of any other language would be a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and social media
• Familiarity with Photoshop, WordPress and monitoring tools
