In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-branch customer service experience by proactively engaging with customers to identify needs, demonstrating our digital banking options, fulfilling customers’ day-to-day transactional needs, and advising on the full range of financial products and services available to suit their financial needs. You will also identify referral opportunities to a subject matter expert or appropriate relationship banker. /p h3Compensation /h3 pPay range is $19.50 - $23.50/hr, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives. /p h3Work Schedule /h3 pMonday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Rotational Saturday shift (hours may vary). /p h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liAssociate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience, or /li liHigh school diploma or equivalent and 2 years’ experience in a sales and service environment, required. /li liRetail / branch banking experience in operations and sales or similar experience within the financial services industry. /li liExtensive knowledge of banking/financial products and services, and ability to comprehend and grasp finance and credit concepts. /li liMust project a welcoming presence when interacting with customers. /li liStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. /li liMust be digitally savvy, confident and well-versed on the use of digital banking technology to fulfill routine day-to-day needs. /li liDetail oriented with excellent follow-through. /li liAgile and resourceful as it relates to working in a fast-paced changing environment. /li liUpbeat and positive, growth mindset, and quick learner. /li liStrategic thinker with the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWe proudly offer a comprehensive benefits program for all employees.
