📌 What will be your rutine?
* Support and troubleshooting: When your colleagues run into a problem they cannot solve, you will be their saviour! For more complex problems, our developers will be on hand to help.
* Comunication: You will work with customer support in English and warehouse staff in our Italian warehouse.
* Admin Support: You will be responsible for managing and administering various systems and accounts, assigning access and setting permissions.
* Process improvement.
* Learn and grow: You have a desire to develop our system and want to learn.
📌What skills and experience should you have?
* Some basic IT support or warehouse systems experience is a good start - and if you don't, you'll learn quickly!
* You're not afraid to solve problems under pressure and enjoy finding out what went wrong (and how to fix it).
* A good command of English - you'll need it to work with internal systems and communicate with colleagues.
* You can explain things in simple terms.
