Position Summary
The Consumable Operator will participate to the daily manufacturing activities required to achieve production targets, ensuring the planning of production, as well as maintaining a high level of productivity and quality. Work with customs agents, warehouse staff, quality team.
Please note: we will offer an initial fixed-term contract.
Duties
* Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed, and new idea proposed
* Acting to be compliant with all the health and safety company procedures
* Observing process, procedures and policies in order to achieve company goals
* Following written instruction of the letter
* Routinely conducting machines and or manually operations to achieve the expected production
* Be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of equipment
* Maintaining data logs which include time, weights, temperatures, pressure, all legibly and timely
* Obverse the bulk production processes and assure on time bulk manufacturing and with good quality
* Manage the warehouse dedicated to the raw materials approved by quality control
* Continuous improvement approach
Education Degree
High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience/Competencies
* Moderate level of knowledge of handling, and safety characteristics of routinely used raw materials and finished goods
* Understanding of Production Planning and Execution
* Understanding of Chemistry production
* Chemical handling experience preferred related manufacturing experience
* Computer proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel) required and e-mail communication
* Kitting manufacturing expirience
* Ability to work with others in a respectful manner and as a member of the team
* Working with the team to achieve all goals set forth in the department
* Knowledge of production, processes and activities
