Experteer Overview
In this role you will select and size HVAC equipment for each application and provide technical support across all project phases. You will guide sales engineers and customers on equipment and hydronics, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and develop innovative control solutions for chilled and hot water plants. You will train the sales network, deliver product presentations, and ensure order compliance while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role at a global leader in sustainable HVAC solutions with a focus on impact and growth.

- Provide technical guidance to Sales Engineers and customers on equipment and hydronic systems
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Trane equipment and auxiliaries
- Propose innovative technical solutions including basic schematics and control logic
- Provide guidance and training to the sales network on software and products

- Conduct webinars and live seminars for customers
- Check technical compliance of received orders
- Update CRM records accurately and regularly
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, designers, end users, and contractors
Responsabilità
- Degree in Engineering, preferably in Thermodynamics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Good knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning fundamentals
- Good sales and customer-oriented mindset with teamwork ability
- Strong communication and collaboration across groups including customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Languages: Italian and fluent English
