Ph3Overview /h3pbCosa farai /b The HR Business Partner is a strategic partner to the business focusing on delivering a People Plan for nominated business areas to drive improved business performance. The HRBP will ensure alignment and successful collaboration with sub-domains key stakeholders and critical internal stakeholder groups (local and global HR teams in centers of expertise, enabling functions business) in the matrix organization. It’s going to act as HRBP for Vodafone Servizi e Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group owned company with ~900 employees in Italy performing activities in Network and Digital IT areas. He/she will be part of an international HR team with many opportunities to share best practices across 11 markets in Europe. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver a People Plan for nominated business areas to drive improved business performance. /li liEnsure alignment and successful collaboration with stakeholders across sub-domains, local and global HR teams, and enabling functions in a matrix organization. /li liAct as HRBP for Vodafone Servizi e Tecnologie (Vodafone Group owned) in Italy. /li liCollaborate within an international HR team to share best practices across markets. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBusiness understanding; HR experience (generalist and/or specialist). /li liStrong relationship building, influencing, communication coaching skills. /li liAnalytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, and quick learning ability. /li liExperience in a global, cross-country, matrix organization. /li liDegree; fluent in both Italian and English; +2 years of experience within the HR function.
