We are looking for a Project Industrialization Manager to work on Exploration & Science projects in Torino. Working directly with the key partners of Thales Alenia Space, the internal stakeholders and the customer. Key responsibilities
Undertake project management activities concerning the external and internal products acquisition in support of the Project Management Team to ensure the successful delivery of the project. Apply professional project management capabilities—rigoring change control, commercial awareness and industrial team management under delegation of the Project Management. Concur to the achievement of the key project performance results, including order intake, sales, gross margin and cash. Manage and maintain partnership relations with internal and external key industrial partners, in collaboration with Procurement teams. Define and maintain the Statement of Work for the procured product. Ensure that members of the project team react promptly and actively to issues involving the industrial consortium. Ensure data integrity of all project information including financials and schedule. Provide inputs on the industrial team progress for internal and external project reporting.
About you
Fluent in English. Technical or management university degree. Experience in project execution phases and good knowledge of the product development lifecycle, having led or actively participated in product development activities. Ability to adapt working style to changes in project context and to take decisions even in uncertain contexts. Capability to engage the project team and influence a diverse set of stakeholders while pursuing the project objective. Excellent relationship skills and capacity to work in a complex, multidisciplinary, multi‑site team and organization.
