Receptionist / Front Office (m/f/d)
Duties
Ensures that the day-to-day operations at the Front Office run smoothly
Performs all administrative tasks and handles correspondence
Welcomes and assists guests (check-in and check-out)
Individually attends to guest requests and manages complaints
Ensures that office organization operations run smoothly
Is responsible for professionally and quickly handling incoming reservations
Is the first point of contact on site for guests
General assistance activities, including arranging for food and beverages for guests
Taking and forwarding general questions and requests (by phone and in person)
Your profile
At least 2–3 years of work experience in the front office area
Completed hospitality vocational training
Professional appearance and outstanding manners
Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor
Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are desirable
Good Microsoft Office skills and Protel skills
A can‐do attitude, hands‐on mentality, and strong solution orientation
Team player
