Role Overview

We are looking for a law graduate with 2–3 years of experience gained in a reputable law firm or an in‑house legal department, preferably qualified to practice law. The ideal candidate combines strong legal expertise with excellent English language skills, international exposure, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. Strong organizational abilities, adaptability, and a genuine motivation to grow professionally within a fast‑paced global business are essential for success in this role. As a Legal Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Group’s legal activities, contributing to the management of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters in a dynamic international environment.

In your role you will:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts of various types
• Support in managing corporate secretarial activities
• Support in handling corporate governance activities, including preparation of minutes, powers of attorney, delegations, and corporate documentation
• Monitor applicable regulations and preparing internal memos and legal opinions
• Support in managing compliance matters (Legislative Decree 231, whistleblowing, privacy, regulatory)
• Support in managing litigation and pre‑litigation activities
• Support in managing relationships with external advisors and law firms
• Collaborate with various business functions to handle day‑to‑day legal issues

The ideal candidate has:

• Master’s Degree in Law
• 2–3 years’ experience in law firms and/or the legal departments of national or international companies
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in using legal databases and regulatory research tools
• Use of AI systems
• Strong skills in drafting and reviewing documents
• Excellent legal analysis and problem‑solving abilities
• Proactivity, initiative, and strong results-oriented mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
