Your roleThe Manufacturing Engineering Logistics Flow Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process.
Their duties include but are not limited to researching automation techniques, testing new systems for efficiency and planning factory layouts to optimize production.
As Manufacturing Engineering Logistics Flow Engineer you will use your knowledge of science and math to construct the most streamlined, efficient method of components and parts distribution possible.
You will handle inventory, process orders, plan warehouse and material flow layouts and help define and design material flow, infrastructure to maximize transportation and indirect cost efficiency.
Main responsibilitiesEnsure that the Company's manufacturing processes are in compliance with all government laws and regulations
Analyze production processes, schedules, methods, and other data and then provide business leaders with reports containing the data and statistics to enable them to better understand future requirements needed for the manufacturing process.
Process measurement (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation)
Review and calculate labor, material, and other production costs along with reviewing schedules and future production requirements to assist management in decision making
Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency
Project tracking
Benchmarking
Process standardization and optimization
Main requirementsYou have a Degree in Engineering
You have at least 2 years of experience in complex environments with similar roles, such as Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer
You have knowledge on Lean and Six Sigma
You are able to establish and maintain excellent relationships
You are capable of working under pressure, of working on several tasks simultaneously, and of delivering tasks on time
You are oriented to digitalization and information technologies
You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a context of constant change
