Manage the technological platform used for project management, timesheet tracking, and strategy execution controlEnsure the platform's functionality and provide technical support to users, while identifying user friction pointsSupport the implementation of platform improvements
Process Analysis
Detail and examine the steps involved in the various processes implemented at the InstituteMap and identify the bottlenecks and inefficiencies of those processesEnsure standardized documentation across all the operational departments
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Support the management and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards strategic objectivesContribute to the structural development and refinement of KPI frameworks
Management Control Reporting
Assist in the preparation of comprehensive managerial reports, including data analysis and visualizationGather and analyse data from various sources to support strategic decision-makingCollaborate with the Senior Manager and the Head of Administration to prepare management control reports, ensuring accuracy and timelinessAssist in the analysis of financial and operational data
Data entry and data quality control
Support the implementation of new procedures related to the strategy and performance management office
About youYou have a University Degree, preferably in Business Administration or in a related field and you bring 3-4 years of professional experience in Analytics, Process Analysis, Business Intelligence or Project Management.
