With a strong pipeline across utility-scale solar and BESS, this role will play a key part in supporting the operational performance of a growing portfolio. /p pbr/p pstrongResponsibilities: /strong /p ulliSupport the OM Project Manager in coordinating site activities and resource planning /liliAssist in plant handover from EPC to OM, ensuring smooth operational transition /liliOversee daily site operations, working closely with technicians and control room teams /liliReview and validate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities /liliMonitor SCADA systems and maintain accurate data within CMMS (Fiix) /liliTrack and improve maintenance KPIs, identifying and implementing improvements /liliManage spare parts, tools, and site equipment, ensuring availability and compliance /liliPlan and schedule maintenance activities across PV and BESS sites /liliConduct regular site inspections, ensuring HS standards are maintained /liliSupport contractor management and coordination of external service providers /liliAssist with RAMS preparation and general OM reporting and back-office tasks /li /ul pbr/p pstrongKey Requirements: /strong /p ulliDegree in Electrical Engineering or similar /lili2–3+ years’ experience within utility-scale solar (BESS exposure beneficial) /liliStrong organisational skills with a proactive, hands-on approach /liliFamiliarity with SCADA and CMMS systems /liliUnderstanding of HS standards within operational environments /liliFluent English /liliFull driver’s licence and willingness to travel /li /ul pbr/p pstrongBenefits: /strong /p ulliCompetitive salary and package /liliStrong project pipeline and long-term growth /liliCollaborative and professional working environment /liliOngoing training and development opportunities /li /ul
