CCH Tagetik is seeking a young, passionate and creative E-learning Content Editor to support training content strategy, build and maintain training materials, and help in oversee the team’s library of content for all of our training programs worldwide. Essential Duties and responsibilities: - Helps the team in developing and maintain engaging digital learning modules using a variety of media - Helps the team in managing our LMS (Litmos) to provide the best experience for the learners. - Tests deliverables during the development life cycle of training programs, products and services - Ensures updates and maintenance to existing learning materials for the continuous improvement of course content. Other Duties: - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple concurrent work streams in a high pressure environment - Pro-active in ensuring quality and freshness of existing content - Capability to foster mutually beneficial relationships - Supports coworkers and promotes a positive work environment - Other duties as assigned Required Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences, Marketing or other humanities and/or computer science - Self-motivated with good time management skills - Attention to detail, sense of ownership and proactive attitude towards the role; - Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a broader team - English proficiency (B2 minimum) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Good problem solving skills - Strong collaboration skills Desired skills: - Knowledge of accounting basics - Minimum experience in a E-learning training and material writing environment - Practical experience with e-learning creation tools ( Adobe captivate, Articulate) - Practical experience with authoring tools (Madcap Flare) - Open-minded and open to interact with people from different background and cultures
