Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Italian-Speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position with flexible hours. While the role is administered from our hub in Spain, we warmly encourage applications from highly skilled freelancers located anywhere within the European Union (EU). As a freelance recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various job openings across different industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and applications to determine potential fit for open positions
- Conduct phone and video interviews with potential candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (written and verbal)
- Strong professional working proficiency in English
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a remote or freelance capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with various sourcing methods and recruitment tools
- Knowledge of Italian job market and recruitment laws and regulations
