THE POSITION: In this position you will join the Quality Assurance team in the Boehringer Ingelheim production site in Noventa Padovana, where veterinary vaccines are produced. Ypu will support implementation and monitoring systems and processes in order to ensure that the Quality of the Systems and product manufactured or distributed are satisfactory according to the GMP rules and the BI AH guidelines We offer a 2 years contract Tasks: - Maintain strong focus on building and enhancing the local Quality Culture by ensuring that a quality management system is implemented and maintained Support and promote activities and initiatives coordinating them between Quality and Manufacturing areas with a strong focus on technical capabilities, aseptic behaviour and new strategies to be applied on the shopfloor (example:standardisation of personnel training requirements, documentation simplification, contamination control support and initiatives) Requirements: - Degree in Scientific discipline (CTF, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or Biology); - Minimum 2 years of experience on the job in a GMP environment - Good organizational skills and ability to work in team/ individually - Ability to work methodically and carefully according to tight deadlines - Knowledge of European Pharmacopeia and Good Manufacturing practice (GMP) - Good Knowledge of the English language (level B2/C1) - Good Knowledge and autonomy in the use of PC and Office package - Curious and analytical attitude, propensity for continuous improvement, innovation and teamwork - Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines - Professional and goal oriented dealing with/in critical complex situations crisis management competence in an international environment (problem solving, new solutions); expertise in evaluation of impacts as interpersonal skills.
