Ph3DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE /h3 pWe are looking for a bGLOBAL HR INTERNSHIP /b to support the Global HR Business Partner in the recruitment and selection processes, training and development projects and compensation benefits management.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis and a strong inclination toward HR practices.
/p pHe/She will be actively involved in a variety of HR processes, including talent acquisition, internal communication, onboarding, and compensation analysis.
This role will provide the opportunity to work alongside both the HR team to analyze and manage data related to employee compensation, benefits and performance, while also supporting employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.
/p pThe mail areas are: Global Design, Global Marketing, Global Product Merchandising, Global IT E-Commerce, Global Strategy and Global Supply Chain.
/p pThe Global HR Internship will have the chance to work with and collaborate with WW HR colleagues in other Bata Regions with different time zones.
/p h3KEY CHALLENGES /h3 ul liSupport in the recruitment and selection process for junior positions /li liManage and update candidate database and track applications /li liSupport in the administrative tasks related to internship activations /liliSupport in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new employees /li liContribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication to enhance employer brand awareness /li liSupport in compensation benefits analysis through data collection, reporting and monitoring of personnel costs /li liSupport in preparing HR reports related to compensation, incentives and employee benefits /li liSupport in managing HR data systems (SAP) and ensuring data accuracy for reporting and analysis /li liCollaborate in employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talents /li liParticipate in HR projects and administrative tasks related to internal policies and employee programs /li /ul h3CORE COMPETENCIES /h3 ul liGood knowledge of Excel /li liBe able to adapt quickly to a dynamic and lively environment /li liGood planning skills /li liPredisposition to work in a team /li liProactive, enthusiastic creative and innovative attitude /li liKnows how to deal with people and influence them positively /li liRelates well to all kinds of, up, down and sideways, inside and outside the organization /li /ul h3LANGUAGES /h3 ul liItalian /li liVery good knowledge of English /li liOther languages are a plus /li /ul h3LOCATION /h3 ul liLimena (PD) /li liPossibility of working in Lavoro da remoto for part of the week after an initial on-site training period /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
