Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals and strategies, providing strategic guidance.
Collaborate with the senior management team to understand business needs and provide strategic HR advice and solutions.
Take charge of talent management and performance management, including recruitment, selection, development, and retention of high-quality employees.
Develop and implement performance evaluation and incentive programs to facilitate employee growth and motivation.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Oversee HR operations, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
Provide employee training and development plans to support career growth and continuing education.
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations and maintain best practices.
Lead and guide the HR team to ensure efficient execution of their functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum of 10 years of HR management experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
