This role is responsible overseeing and managing engineering projects within themanufacturing site. This role involves planning, coordination, and executing projectsaimed at improving manufacturing processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuringproduct quality. Collaborates with multiple functions to ensure projects are completed ontime, within budget, and to the required specifications. Retribuzione annua: 34000€ - 40000€esperienza3 anniresponsabilitàProject Planning and Management Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.Process Improvement Analyse current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement Lean manufacturing principles and other process optimization techniques. Develop and test new manufacturing methods and equipment to enhance efficiency and quality.Collaboration and Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and management. Prepare and present reports, documentation, and technical drawings.Quality Assurance Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with quality standards and regulations. Conduct risk assessments and implement quality control measures. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action for quality issues.Vendor Management Source and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovation to enhance efficiency and safety.Budget and Cost Management Prepare and mange project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions. Identify cost savings opportunities and implement cost reduction initiatives. Monitor and control project expenditures.qualifiche Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. 3-5 years of experience managing engineering projects in a manufacturing environment. Experience in Packaging and Manufacturing equipment projects in pharmaceutical, consumer goods or fast-moving consumer health environment. Passion for technological and supply chain innovation, automation sustainability, digital. Strong leadership skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, six sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and technologies. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
