About the Job
* Handle the entire sales cycle without prospecting for new customers.
* Receive leads, engage and qualify prospects.
* Analyze customer requirements, business processes, and operational pain points.
* Provide customers with tailored demonstrations of the software.
* Create customized offers and negotiate contract terms.
* Manage the closing of the account and after-sales period.
This is a sales position for people who are excited to work where business and modern software meet. To be successful, you will have solid problem-solving skills combined with a "get it done" spirit. YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor's or Master's degree.
* Strong business acumen and curiosity.
* Genuine interest in software products.
* Fluent in Italian (C1 - C2) and English.
* Excellent communication skills.
You are able to create trust and enthusiasm through your positive, energetic, and creative attitude.
0-3 years of work experience.
NICE TO HAVE
* Results-oriented and open-minded personality.
* Previous experience in Sales or Consultancy, preferably in the B2B area.
* Knowledge of ERP and SaaS software.
* Work hard / play hard mentality.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Relevant work experience.
