Our client is a Real Estate agency specialising in property management and commercial facilities management. They are looking for a Financial Controller to oversee the company p&l, payments, general financial operations, and tax affairs.
We're looking for someone from either a consultancy background, or else a solid real-estate background. Either way, you must have familiarity with the sector, and understand how it works. Knowledge of local legislation is obviously also vital. The position reports into the CFO.
The successful candidate will speak both Italian to native level, and have good conversational and business English (to at least B2 level).
The role is onsite in Torino, and the annual salary offered is 60k Euros.
