Junior Technical Asset Management engineer Energy Management Services Srl is part of Inenergygroup, a network of companies on the Italian platform of Ardian, that operates in the renewable energy sector which includes many companies, some already operating with wind plants, our main business, photovoltaic, one hydroelectric plant and another biogas, others under authorization phase, others with plants under construction. Currently we are looking for a junior figure who can support Senior colleagues, operating in the Technical Operative Function of Asset Management. The workplace is located in Rome. Following a period of training and coaching, work may also be performed in smart working mode for up to two days per week. The position is offered on a full-time basis. Electronic meal vouchers worth €10 each are provided, based on the number of days worked. The remuneration will be illustrated to the candidates and it will based on candidate's skills and experience. Responsibilities:* The candidate will work with a large number of tasks within AM department, to improve and learn the business about wind farms/PV operation hands-on; negotiation of technical contracts; * > management of contracts; * > performance analysis of the portfolio; * > reporting on the portfolio; * > schedulemaintenance follow up and definition of maintenance needs; * - Data analytics. Performing analysis as required to provide explanations of deviations from production budget and identify opportunities for operational improvements, such as strategic spares or adjustments to maintenance regimes; * - onboarding of the new assets. Connectivity between SCADA I and II level, upload data test, implementation of KPIs technical and contractual. Contract management. Apply and understand contracts relating to our portfolio covering Operations and Maintenance, PPA, Insurance, and lender facilities; * - asset inspections on site. Collaborating with the site operators carry out inspections following the best practices of the industry and the company QHSE requirements/standards. * - reporting: elaborate economic and technical data applying the company standard in terms of time and format; * - pre-billing preparation, check of production record and interaction with Accounting Department for invoices. Qualifications* - Master's degree, any of the fields of Electrical, Renewable Energies, Mechanical Engineering* - Computer literate with demonstrable capability to use full Microsoft Office suit* - Ability to work collaboratively and exercise judgement appropriately, challenging and coordinating with colleagues and outsourced partners at all levels of seniority.* - Ability to interpret multiple sources of information and form into a concise recommendation.* - Open to travel* - Passionate individuals keen on diving into the renewable energies world * - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * - A proactive learner with excellent communication abilities in Italian and English; * - Python or SQL or Power Bi is a plus;
