During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state‐of‐the‐art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.Your ChallengeAs a Field Engineer some of your main activities will be:
Analysis and evaluation of technical specifications, base designs of engineering solutions, including the preparation of drawings, calculations, bill of materials, engineering instructions and processesApplying innovative design methods, tools, and engineering practices to design development.Providing the cost‐effective execution of projects deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.Communicating engineering designs and processes to internal stakeholders and actively contributing to project evaluations and client project meetings.Collaborating with Supply Chain for input on vendor documentation, bids and evaluation of proposals, materials and equipment.Sharing engineering guidelines across different projects and subject areas to support the development of junior colleagues.Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Required entry qualifications
You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contractYou are fresh graduate or you have a technical academical background (ITS Technical Degree or technical diploma)Expertise in CAD software, such as AutoCADKnowledge of control systems and field instrumentation for HVAC plantsKnowledge of the applications of electromechanical principlesStrong understanding of engineering principles and design standardsFamiliarity with building automation, fire safety, and security systems is a plusProficiency in English and ItalianTeam player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a changing environment and time managementPassionate and prepared to manage issues related to technological innovationWillingness to stay up to date on new technologies and learn about new systemsPassion to never‐stop growingRespect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co‐create and share knowledgeEligibility to work in Italy
