Under the guidance and directions of the Customer Service Manager the role holder is responsible for accurately undertaking a range of general duties.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Pick up costumer incoming calls
Customer Service and Orders (NSO) mail activities
Data entry within a business management system
Back office
Pick up costumer incoming calls
Sales Orders creation / order confirmations
Delivery notes
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
SAP knowledge may be advantageous.
English: advanced level, preferably fluent spoken and written
The position will be offered on a permanent basis. Gross annual salary of €33,000 + €10 meal voucher. Tempo pieno, starting between 8 and 9 am. The workplace can be reached by subway. No Smart working is considered. xrdztoy
