Ph3About the Role /h3pWe are looking for an IT Packaging Specialist to join the global IT Marketing and RD Center of Expertise (CoE). Reporting to the IT CoE Packaging Architect, this role operates at Group level and focuses on IT solutions supporting Packaging, Labeling and the Graphic Chain within the Product Lifecycle Management domain. Positioned at the intersection of business and technology, the IT Packaging Specialist will contribute to the evolution, maintenance and support of Packaging-related applications, ensuring effective alignment between business needs and IT solutions within a complex and international environment. The position is based in our Alba offices, with flexibility for remote work up to two days per week. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3pIn this role, you will contribute to the management of the full lifecycle of Packaging, Labeling and Graphic Chain applications, from implementation through enhancement and support up to their eventual phase-out. You will ensure that IT solutions effectively address business requirements while remaining consistent with Ferrero’s IT strategy, internal standards and quality guidelines. You will be actively involved in project initiatives within the CoE perimeter, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with defined application models, architecture guidelines and internal policies. As part of ongoing transformation activities, you will support the evolution of the PLM landscape, contributing to the implementation of an integrated and comprehensive IT platform covering Packaging-related domains. You will work on third-level support activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders, contributing to the stability and reliability of the applications in scope. You will also collect, analyze and evaluate enhancement requests, supporting continuous improvement of existing solutions. In your day-to-day activities, you will collaborate with other IT teams, suppliers and external resources across projects and run activities, providing technical expertise and guidance when needed. Finally, you will support the IT CoE Packaging Architect in governance activities and ensure alignment across the CoE on Packaging-related applications. /ph3About You /h3pYou hold a master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management or a related field, and you have gained previous experience within the PLM domain, working on Packaging-related applications in similar roles, ideally in the FMCG sector. You have solid knowledge of Centric Software, and you are familiar with other tools such as SAP PLM or SAP PPM, as well as Adobe Illustrator. You feel comfortable working in an international environment and communicate effectively in English.
