As a valued member of our client engagement teams, you will lead key work streams, working with industry-leading clients across sectors to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity. Your work will save lives, drive performance, and enhance the working lives of your clients’ employees.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading work streams and working directly with clients to implement practical solutions.
* Identifying best practices and applying your Process Safety Management expertise to a broad range of industrial clients.
* Analyzing operations, identifying innovative solutions, and leveraging analytical skills across industries.
* Contributing to sales through proposals and client meetings.
* Engaging with clients through meetings and interviews, and working directly to implement solutions.
* Analyzing data to develop recommendations and leading the creation of presentations and documents.
* Conducting interviews, observations, data analysis, and designing training/workshops.

Who are you today?
Beyond qualifications, be authentic. We embrace diversity and foster an inclusive culture where everyone can develop their talents.
You should have a degree or master’s in engineering, with prior management consulting or industry experience, significant Process Safety Management expertise, and familiarity with client-facing project work and leadership in complex projects.
Key qualities include adaptability, teamwork, analytical and formalization skills, problem-solving, and excellent communication. Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are required, with additional European languages an advantage.
