* Supporting the recruitment process, including posting jobs and screening candidates.
* Assisting with the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
* Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
* Controll and Organization Staff House
* Helping to organize staff training sessions and events.
* Providing administrative support to the HR team (e.g., preparing documents, managing correspondence).
* Assisting with daily HR operations and responding to employee inquiries.
What You Bring:
* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Law, or a related field.
* Strong interest in the hospitality sector and human resources management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
