The event coordinator assistant is required to coordinate projects in the OBS Warehouse in Italy and IBC (Milan)
Duties/Responsibilities
* Coordinating projects, mainly venue deliveries at the IBC and the OBS Warehouse in Italy.
* Liaison with the Organising Committee regarding venues delivery procedures, security procedures and general access procedures at both locations.
* Report completion of projects and deliveries to the OBS Logistics Manager.
* Supervising on-site shuttle services from/to the OBS Warehouse in Italy will be on time.
* Supervising on-site uniforms distribution to Logistics Team.
* Liaison with the Organising Committee logistics teams.
* Other duties and tasks as assigned (organize meetings, book accommodation, solve any kind of problems...)
Experience/Skills
* Ability to communicate in English (advanced) and Italian, written and verbal;
* Ability to demonstrate management of Logistics projects.
* Italian Driving License with clean driving record.
Workplace and Environment
* Fast paced work environment.
* Operations are based in the OBS Warehouse in Italy but also in the IBC.
* Outdoor sport venues are subject to varied weather condition.
* Full time shift work including evening and weekends.
* Subject to national/international criminal background checks.

* Fluent English

Work schedule: Shifts, including weekends and evenings
