In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to redefine the core operative processes, leveraging ML GenAI techniques to enhance not only efficiency but, most importantly, the overall effectiveness and quality of outcomes. You’ll collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to design and deliver AI-driven products that create tangible business value and redefine the future of ops at Prima. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liLeverage Machine Learning and GenAI to solve complex business problems, improving our processes faster. /li liAnalyze and interpret complex data to support decision‑making. /li liContribute directly to Prima’s long‑term success and financial impact through concrete solutions. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liStrong academic background in quantitative fields such as Math, Physics, Data Science, or Engineering. /li liAll experience levels, including recent graduates with no prior working experience. /li liStrong analytical and quantitative skills. /li liStructured problem‑solving skills and ability to analyze and break down complex problems. /li liCuriosity, proactivity, quick learning and an innovative mindset. /li /ul h3Nice‑to‑Have /h3 ul liHands‑on experience with Python and coding best practices. /li liExperience with machine learning and Generative AI (OpenAI/Gemini APIs, agentic frameworks, etc). /li liBusiness proficiency in Italian or Spanish, in addition to English. /li /ul h3Why you’ll love it here /h3 pWe want to make Prima a happy and empowering place to work.
