Qualifications
Degree in Chemical EngineeringSix or more years of experience in manufacturingFour or more years of prior supervisory experience in a chemical manufacturing environment within a related industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to select, train, motivate, promote, and discipline staff according to company policyAbility to manage multiple priorities and lead large teams effectively
