Role Summary :
We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Labelling / Strategic Alliance Manager to join Nidec Drives.
This is a global role open to candidates worldwide.
The successful candidate will drive strategic alliances and brand labelling initiatives across internal Nidec companies, adjacent markets, and target OEM segments.
The main goal is to meet drive solution requirements through effective collaboration and partnerships.
Key Job Responsibilities :
The responsibilities include but are not limited to :
* Leading the development and execution of brand labelling strategies and alliances
* Collaborating with internal units to identify opportunities and manage partnerships
* Building relationships with adjacent market companies to expand market reach
* Engaging with segment OEMs to understand their needs and align strategies
* Managing the lifecycle of alliances and labelled products from negotiation to market launch and ongoing management
* Ensuring solutions align with brand integrity, compliance, and quality standards
* Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to refine strategies
* Communicating regularly with stakeholders about partnership progress, risks, and opportunities
* Serving as the primary contact for all brand labelling and alliance matters
Qualifications & Experience Requirements :
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
* Master's degree preferred
* Proven experience in sales or marketing within industrial automation or related industries
* Success in managing strategic partnerships
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Knowledge of the industrial drives market and OEM landscapes
* Market and competitive analysis skills
* Cross-functional collaboration skills
* Business acumen and strategic planning experience
Employees must be able to :
* Understand emergency instructions
* Read safety signage and hazard warnings
* Communicate effectively in emergency situations (e.g., fire evacuation)
