Job Title: CAD/CAM Mold Designer – Composite Materials

We are looking for a Junior CAD/CAM Mold Designer to join a leading company in advanced composite manufacturing. This is a permanent position within a structured engineering team, offering competitive salary and clear technical growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Convert 3D models into manufacturable mold designs
* Design molds and tooling for composite material production
* Create detailed CAD models and technical drawings using Rhino (Rhinoceros 3D)
* Prepare CAM data for CNC machining
* Support prototype development and tooling improvements
* Work closely with engineering and production teams
* Prepare and review technical documents in English
Required Qualifications
* Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field
* Good knowledge of Rhino (Rhinoceros 3D)
* Basic understanding of CAD/CAM systems
* Ability to read and write technical documents in English
* Strong attention to detail and technical mindset
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in composite materials (prepreg, infusion, autoclave)
* Experience in mold or tooling design
* Basic knowledge of CNC machining
* Team-oriented with good problem-solving skills
