Job Responsibilities
- Reporting and technical and administrative management of the funded project
- Verify the accuracy and compliance of collected financial data in relation to regulatory requirements
- Interaction with Financing Institutions
- Preparation of progress cost statement
- Coordination and management of cost statement
Requirements:
- Master's degree in economic, technical-scientific disciplines
- Professional experience of at least 3-5 years in the field of "Facilitated Finance" with reference in terms of technical-financial management and reporting of projects financed by regional, national and EU funds
- Good knowledge of main principles of accountability both general and industrial
- Good knowledge of the Office package (Excel at an advanced level)
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with customers and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Italian and English
- Results oriented and ability to work independently and in a team
- knowledge of IPCEI and Horizon Europe as well as PNRR funding instruments

Education
Master’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management or Economics
Qualifications
- While not always mandatory, any previous experience in business support, customer service or a related field can be an advantage. This could include internships, part-time roles, or volunteer experience.
- Familiarity with the RINA services is beneficial. The advisors should be willing to learn about the offerings to effectively assist commercial teams, operations and customers.
- Basic computer skills are often necessary, including the ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) systems, input data accurately, and utilize other relevant software tools.
