Ph3Grand Events Marketing Lead /h3pbReports to: /b Grand Events Division Manager /ppbCompensation: /b €34.000‑44.000 annual gross plus benefits /ph3Role Overview /h3pThe Grand Events Marketing Lead maximizes marketing opportunities for the Castelli brand within the Grand Events Division, overseeing strategy, planning, and execution across digital, on-field, and broadcast channels at major cycling events. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and implement the marketing strategy, annual calendar, and tactical plans for the Grand Events Division and key events. /liliCollaborate with the Event Organizer’s marketing teams to maximize Castelli visibility across all channels, including digital, social media, email, activations, announcers, on‑field branding, and broadcast. /liliCoordinate hospitality and promotional opportunities with the Castelli marketing team at each event. /liliEnsure consistent brand visibility before, during, and after events, aligning internal teams and external stakeholders. /liliSupport Castelli subsidiaries and distributors in leveraging marketing opportunities in local markets. /liliProvide organizational support to Castelli content creation, digital marketing, and social media teams. /liliServe as the primary press contact for each Event Organizer. /liliAssist with on‑field activation alongside the Castelli marketing team. /liliMonitor marketing activities conducted by event organizers to ensure compliance with Castelli’s contractual rights. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliFluent or very good level in French (written and spoken) is a MUST. /liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in sports marketing. /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills. /liliExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines. /liliWillingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time. /liliUniversity degree in sports marketing, communications, or a related field. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
