You won’t be handing off leads to a closer, nor will you rely on an SDR to book your demos. You run the full cycle: you prospect, qualify, demo, and close. This role is for someone who thrives without a safety net, someone excited by a blank pipeline, not anxious. /ppYou’ll work directly with our Head of Sales and play a central role in shaping how we sell. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliHit and exceed your monthly MRR target by owning your pipeline end‑to‑end. /liliBuild and maintain a healthy, self‑generated pipeline through disciplined outbound and inbound management. /liliShorten the sales cycle by running sharp, consultative demos that move deals forward fast. /liliRun outbound every day (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate your own pipeline from scratch. /liliIdentify and prioritize the right ICP accounts. /liliBuild and iterate on your own outreach sequences based on what actually converts. /liliRun discovery calls that go deep, understand the brand’s challenges, not just their tech stack. /liliDeliver product demos tailored to each prospect’s specific use case. /liliHandle objections with confidence and move deals forward at every stage. /liliOwn the commercial conversation from first call to signed contract. /liliManage a clean, up‑to‑date pipeline in Attio so forecasts are always accurate. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli2+ years of experience in a sales role (preferably in B2B SaaS or eCommerce solutions) – you know what it takes to hit a number month after month. /liliYou’re comfortable running the full cycle – you don’t need someone to book your meetings or close your deals. /liliYou’re data‑driven – you track your own metrics and use them to improve, not just report. /liliYou take ownership seriously. When a deal slips, you ask what you could have done differently. /liliYou’re comfortable operating in a fast‑moving startup where the process is always evolving. /liliFluent in Italian and English. /li /ulh3What we expect /h3ulliWithin days: Understand our product, ICP, and current sales motion – sit in on calls, review past deals, learn what works; get familiar with our CRM and outbound tooling; start building your first list and drafting your outreach approach. /liliWithin weeks: Run your first demos independently and close your first deals; establish a daily prospecting routine and a consistent pipeline input rhythm; identify the biggest gaps in our current sales process and flag them to the team. /liliWithin months: Own your number fully – pipeline, conversion, revenue; become the person at TextYess who knows more about how to sell to eCommerce brands than anyone else; help shape the sales playbook as we scale the team. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliSalary: The base annual salary (RAL) ranges from €40K to €50K + uncapped commission with high upside. /liliStock Options: You’ll receive a highly incentivizing stock options package so that if TextYess becomes a giant company, you can enjoy substantial rewards. /liliInfinite growth and responsibility: You are still at the beginning of our journey, and the challenges ahead are ambitious and meaningful.
