Key Responsibilities Support all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the sales function globally. Review opportunities for accuracy and process orders upon successful deal closure. Assist the Sales Operations Manager in improving sales data quality and processes. Report on data quality metrics to executive stakeholders. Implement NPS surveys and define relevant metrics for executive review. Support the global sales team with CRM and other sales systems. Deliver sales metrics, dashboards, and perform ad-hoc analytical tasks. Lead automation initiatives and streamline the Lead to Order process. Beneficial Skills and Experience Experience in sales operations or sales order processing roles. Experience in a technology subscription-based business. Proven ability to drive data quality improvements. Energetic, thoughtful, systematic approach focused on robust, scalable outcomes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels globally. Experience working with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams. Experience with Salesforce CRM.
