You will support experienced engineers in managing quality performance, driving reactivity, and coordinating improvement actions across plants, engineering teams, and customer-facing organizations — with a direct and visible impact on key quality metrics worldwide. As part of PRS global serial life quality, your work will contribute to: - Reducing failure rates, warranty costs and field issues. - Improving customer satisfaction metrics (e.G., NCBS survey). - Supporting rapid containment actions with visible impact for stakeholders including CX, regional teams, Supplier Quality (SQ), Plant Quality, and Cross Carline Engineering. In the worldwide perimeter of PRS propulsion products in mass production, the SLQM is the main point of contact for quality matters, ensuring Stellantis meets — and exceeds — customer expectations through established processes and structured quality rituals. In this role, you will: - Support the quality convergence plan based on multi year quality objectives. - Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators such as warranty claims and customer KPIs. - Help contain customer incidents quickly through structured reactivity processes. - Propose technical solutions for mass production and Aftersales to address customer field quality issues. - Support decision making on customer quality topics and contribute to modernization scenarios. - Represent (with guidance) the propulsion perimeter during CUQ and crisis meetings with CX, Manufacturing and Aftersales. - Ensure product and process changes in serial life are managed through proper quality procedures. - Support quality reporting, warranty tables and program reviews. - Assist in Risk Assessments with Safety teams in case of alerts. - Ensure lessons learned from serial life are transferred to new development programs REQUIREMENTS - Master degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Mechatronics, or similar Engineering. - First experience or internship in Quality, Manufacturing, Product Engineering or Project Management. - Passion for automotive propulsion systems and customer driven quality. - Basic knowledge of quality tools (5Why, Ishikawa, 8D, PDCA). - Understanding of product design (systems, architecture) and industrial processes. - Ability to work in structured, cross functional projects. - Good communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to analyze risks and understand their consequences. - Team player with the ability to engage and mobilize cross functional groups. - Proactive, flexible, and quick learner. - High rigor and attention to detail.
