The job holder is responsible for production support to Oracle databases and work as a Subject Matter Expert for the production support teamPerform Root Cause Analysis and provide permanent fixesInvestigate and provide solutions to database performance related issuesLead Database team in crisis calls participate in MIR and PIR calls also mentor team membersExperience and expertise in maintaining complex High Availability Replication setupsProvide consultancy for complex setups and Disaster RecoveryIdentify automation and Self Healing opportunities and develop automation to reduce manual efforts and standardize processesStrong technical knowledge of Oracle concepts like RAC Dataguard Golden GateExpertise in 12c 19c versions OEMBuild and Deploy Implement Solutions Perform Capacity Planning and DR PlanningTroubleshooting Performance Issues and providing solutionsExpertise in designing Backup Recovery strategiesExpertise in Role swap Failover planning and implementationStrong technical knowledge of database space managementImplementing releases service requestsExpertise of Golden Gate Replication
