3. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a
* Junior Product Owner
* in the Solutions Division you will take responsibility for sustaining the vision for the product (management and cloud solutions for medium-sized companies and accountant studios), supporting all activities with a customer-centric approach. You will be responsible for defining the strategy and managing the product backlog.
The new colleague will be engaged to create strong collaborations within cross-functional teams, utilizing their background and knowledge to develop innovative digital solutions.

* Analyze needs and align the product Roadmap with strategic goals;
* Manage the Backlog, ensuring it is always updated and shared with relevant stakeholders;
* Check product functionality and gather improvement suggestions;
* Lead planning of product release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities;
* Research and analyze market, users, and competitors.
* REQUIREMENTS
* MSc in Economics.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in a complex software development environment, accounting studios, or banking;
* Proficient in Italian and English;
* Strong affinity and experience with Agile methodologies;
* Capable of presenting solutions, roadmaps, and milestones to senior management, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive operational excellence;
* Ability to work in a structured way, setting clear goals and monitoring results;
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal colleagues and external customers;
