PpWithin the Group Actuarial function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team, who will report directly to the Head of Group Actuarial Function Coordination. /p pKey responsibilities of the role will include: /p ul lisupporting the definition of the GAF yearly activity plan and monitor its completion at Group level /li lidefining the governance principles, responsibilities and processes related to the AF organizational model, formalizing them within the Actuarial Function Group Policy and related Guidelines /li lidefining and updating the AF scope and ensuring the cascading of the Actuarial Function Group Policy and related Guidelines at local level, supporting and monitoring their implementation /li licoordinating and ensuring homogeneity in the activities performed by the GAF departments (definition and update of the AF standard reference framework, other cross-functional projects and analyses, etc.) /li liproducing the regulatory reporting for the AG Board of Directors, coordinating the different contributors in terms of timing, framework, approaches and coherence among the inputs received /li limanaging initiatives and interactions with the Local Actuarial Functions on governance topics and cross-functional projects /li licollaborating with other Key Functions for assuring harmonization and consistency in common elements /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: /p ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Actuarial Sciences, Economics, Mathematics or other quantitative sciences /li liAt least 5 years of experience in insurance industry/actuarial sector /li liKnowledge of actuarial techniques and of insurance accounting practices and standards /li liProactive approach, and strong collaboration skills and teaming ability /li liAbility to navigate complex organizations and build multi-stakeholder relationships; /li liSolution oriented and strong problem solving skills /li liStrong presentation and communication skills /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience in validating Technical Provisions, or in auditing activities in general /li liExperience with international working environment /li /ul h3Company Profile /h3 pGenerali Group Head Office is the guidelining unit of the Generali Group, one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers.
