PLocation: North Italy (with travel across Germany and Eastern Europe) /ppReports to: Sales Manager /ppLanguages Required: Italian, English (mandatory); German (Mandatory) /ppTravel Requirement: 70% of the time for the first few months, then around 50% of the time /ppJob Summary /ppWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export sales representative to expand our presence in Italy, Germany, and parts of Eastern Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software, managing existing accounts, and driving new business opportunities. This role requires a high level of autonomy, frequent travel, and strong communication skills in multiple languages as well as good understanding of software and industrial processes. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliApply a strategic sales plan to develop the assigned regions. /liliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and closing deals. /liliMaintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. /liliConduct client visits (70%-50% travel required) to present our MES solutions and understand customer needs. /liliCollaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to make some feedback of customer demands. /liliConduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. /liliPrepare regular reports and sales forecasts for the Sales Manager. /liliParticipate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand brand visibility. /li /ulpRequired Qualifications Skills /pulliMinimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial software or manufacturing technology. /liliGood understanding of MES solutions and industrial processes. /liliFluency in Italian and English (mandatory); Professional level in German is required /liliExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. /liliAbility to work independently and manage a complex sales cycle. /liliWillingness to travel extensively across assigned regions (50% of the time). /liliStrong reporting and analytical skills. /liliHigh degree of autonomy and ability to work with a remote team and manager /liliBachelor’s degree in business, or a related field is preferred.
