Responsible for the digital marketing activities such as websites, e-commerce, mobile applications, and all the social network channels related to a specific brand. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES (IF APPLICABLE) To manage and optimize global and local web presences towards a digital customer journey for a specific brand To manage the analytics tools (e.g. google analytics etc) being able to monitor the digital tools performances To develop and manage the Search Marketing activities (SEO, PPC etc.) To define and implement social media strategy and guarantee the maintenance of all the available accounts To develop mobile apps (coordination of external digital agencies) E-Commerce management To support the Communication department in management of mailings and newsletters activities To improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of the digital assets (websites, e-commerce, social networks etc) To review and validate new technologies, competitor activities and digital trends To coordinate external agencies and internal stakeholders such as IT and Marketing departments within digital marketing projects To manage specific digital activities and projects within the marketing department KEY DELIVERABLES / KPIs (IF APPLICABLE) Budget management Website traffic and conversions Social media followers and engagement level Mobile apps downloads JOB REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, EDUCATION…) University master’s degree (5 years) MBA or master’s in marketing appreciated 3 years’ experience in managing digital marketing and communication activities within a technical/industrial company and/or B2B environment Fluent in English language and willingness to travel Ability to self-motivate and work independently Ability to think outside the box Experience working with external partners Communication and presentation skills Ability to see the big picture, provide solution Ability to manage complexity and work under pressure Ability to work in team
