As the HR Director you will play a pivotal role in shaping, leading and executing the HR Operations and Employee Relations strategy for EMEA in partnership with our HR business partnering team and our Global VP, Rewards & HR Operations, ensuring alignment with global objectives while addressing local needs. This role will act as the key point of contact for implementing corporate HR policies, managing labour relations, handling employee relations matters and disputes, and providing EMEA HR support. The HR Director will ensure compliance with local labour laws while aligning local operations with global HR strategies. Knowledge and experience with French, German and UK labour practices is highly preferred.\nOperational Expertise and Strong Attention to Detail: Skilled at driving large scale Operational needs within People team, overseeing change initiatives, developing strong processes and ensuring strong documentation for scalability.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperations:\nOversee and coordinate all HR Operational activities across EMEA, ensuring alignment with global corporate policies.\nDevelop, implement, and update HR policies under Italian labour legislation.\nManage relationships with employees and trade unions, ensuring effective industrial relations and fostering a positive work environment.\nSupervise personnel administration activities, including contracts, payroll, attendance tracking, leave management, availability, and welfare programs.\nPromote and maintain an inclusive, healthy, and safe workplace environment.\nEmployee Relations:\nHandle and resolve employee disputes, working closely with the legal department to ensure all actions align with local laws.\nProvide consultation, guidance and support to managerial teams and HRBPs on matters related to performance, professional development and conflict resolution.\nMonitor and manage HR-related KPIs, regularly reporting to the global headquarters.\nPartner with the finance team on reports and audits.\nRegularly work with our internal and external Legal teams on employment related matters to manage risk and ensure compliance, while managing a positive and fair employee experience.\nRequirements:\n10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within a multinational environment, with a strong focus on labour relations and compliance.\nFluency in both written and spoken Italian and English. Knowledge of French is a plus!\nExperience in HR and Employee relations within the EMEA region both within Italy and other key countries across EMEA (such as France, Germany, UK and/or Netherlands).\nIn-depth knowledge of Italian labour laws, union relations, and dispute management.\nExtensive expertise in HR Operations, payroll administration and related HR functions.\nStrong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams.\nExcellent
