Specifically, when you join the Customer & Operations Team in Rome, you will also be part of the biggest revolution underway, rethinking the customer operating models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with companies at the forefront of innovation and you will assist our clients throughout theirdigital transformation process.You will be involved in large-scale disruption projects for major Italian and international clients.
Specifically, you will be tasked with:
* Governance of the business process mapping and re-engineering project
* Organisational analysis and design
* Project and change management

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
* A master’s degree in Management Engineering or Energy Engineering
* Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities
* Excellent knowledge of theMS Officepackage
* Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad
