Working at Prometeia means engaging with diverse regulatory and cultural environments, learning to be flexible, and adopting a scalable, cross-country mindset. /ppbMAIN TASKS : /b /ppThe successful candidate will collaborate with a specialized team of business consultants, risk advisors and solution specialists operating with international banking groups, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. /ppbHis / her main responsibility will include : /b /pulliConducting analysis of credit processes and gathering business requirements from banking clients /liliProviding functional configuration and implementation support for our credit platform /liliPreparing detailed functional documentation, including use cases and test scenarios /liliValidating platform functionalities and assisting with go-live activities /liliDelivering end-user training and providing post-implementation support /liliCollaborating closely with developers, data scientists, and UX designers to ensure alignment with business objectives /li /ulpbEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : /b /pulliMaster’s degree in economic, informatic, engineering disciplines with excellent grades /liliStrong interest in leveraging technology to drive innovation in the financial sector /liliFluency in English (at least B2); the knowledge of other languages is appreciated /liliThorough knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) /liliData management and query tools knowledge is nice-to-have (e.g. SQL) /liliPrevious experience in banking processes and organization is considered a plus. /li /ulpbSOFT SKILLS : /b /pulliTeam-player, flexibility and proactivity /liliStrong analytical skills with acute attention to detail /liliAssertive and excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skills /liliProject / time management skills to meet required deadlines /liliCapable of working within a multi-language and multicultural environment /li /ulpLOCATION WHAT WE OFFER : /ppbCOMPENSATION, WELFARE BENEFIT /b /ppOur history, as well as the future, is based on the value of our people.
