Overview:
You will act as an ambassador for the brand in our Rinascente Milan store. Your focus will be to maintain consistently exceptional standards of excellence in delivering a customer service experience that aligns with our brand focus, creating and maintaining loyalty to both the store and the brand.
Your Mission:
* Provide excellent service through a continued commitment to our service values and standards.
* Achieve your and the store's daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
* Demonstrate knowledge of different sales techniques, such as cross-selling, to drive sales and KPIs.
* Maintain an understanding of current products, trends, and collections, ensuring clients are informed and aware.
* Handle customer complaints effectively, seeking assistance when necessary, and ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
* Achieve a mystery shop score of at least 85% as the primary sales associate.
* Understand and adhere to all policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
* Ensure presentation aligns with the company's uniform and grooming standards.
* Understand and comply with PCI policies and regulations consistently.
* Follow Security and Health and Safety regulations.
* Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
* Maintain your designated 'area of pride'.
* Support the store with cycle counts and bi-annual inventories.
* Assist with processing shipments and transfers according to procedures.
* Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the Client Style Advisor role.
Your Talent:
* Excellent communication skills. Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages such as Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, or Arabic are advantageous.
* Experience in sales, ideally within a luxury brand or fashion retail.
* Previous customer service experience with face-to-face interactions.
* Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in high-pressure environments.
* Proactive in initiating contact and communication.
* Motivated team player with a shared goal.
* Strong clienteling skills and experience.
