Our company is currently looking for a professional Contract Manager with extensive experience in large Onshore EPC projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all contractual aspects of the Project with regard to Main Contract and Subcontracts.
2. Perform offer analysis from a contractual/administrative perspective (Terms & Conditions), report risks and opportunities, and propose requests for clarification or deviation to the Proposal Manager and Commercial Director.
3. Coordinate the initial analysis of the contract and related documentation to identify risks and opportunities, aiding in defining the management strategy.
4. Assist the Project Manager in official communications with contractual implications.
5. Manage preparation of Variations/Claims and EoT requests to the customer and/or subcontractors.
6. Assist in negotiating claims and variations.
7. Support the Project Manager and coordinate with Legal to prevent and manage disputes with the Client and suppliers.
8. Ensure continuous update of the contractual situation through documentation collection (change orders, correspondence, etc.).
Maintain ongoing updates to the Contract Management Leader regarding the status of existing contracts, promptly reporting critical risks.
The Contract Manager reports hierarchically to the Project Manager and is responsible for day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English; Russian is a plus.
* Experience in significant oil & gas projects.
