Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Project Coordinator. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for planning and controlling the execution of construction activities in accordance with the construction schedule. You will report on time delivery and progress achieved on a weekly basis for each module.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage the construction schedule based on construction strategy, material availability, and setting main milestones for the construction phase.
* Manage and control the schedule from structure arrival to module delivery, supported by Primavera P6 and project control tools.
* Lead weekly reports to be shared with customers on a weekly basis, including key milestones, progress development, and reporting of progress and productivity.
* Prepare project control documents in compliance with project requirements.
* E nsure operational alignment with production plans and KPIs, optimizing inventory and process improvements.
* Estimate sales and inventory levels on a monthly basis.
* Set transportation plans and strategies with operation leaders and contractors.
* Making strategic and operational plans, monitoring and following up with commercial teams on opportunities defining available slots and manhour estimations.
* Suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
* Degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma/GED with experience in planning).
* Experience in EPC Planning and Execution.
* Familiarity with P6 Primavera tool.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
* Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
* Effective problem identification and solution skills.
* Proven analytical and organizational ability.
